Betsy's Tango Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped small
 - 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped small
 - 1/4 cup cilantro leaves -chopped
 - 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & finely chopped
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
