Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh mango pulp (from approx. 2 to 3 ripe mangoes)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 4 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 10 regular-size ice cubes
- Optional: Omit the sugar or honey and add cardamom or salt
Directions
- Whirl all ingredients except the ice cubes together in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Then, add the ice cubes and blend until frothy. Serve chilled.
